Feeling.
The new Nitro 2 Pro has a more connected feel to your feet through its dome deck, making it an instant response to rider input. Reduced swing weight throught its shorter lenght, and volume flow right below you, means the Nitro 2 feels even lighter and more balanced during maneuvers. Faster, earlier planning with less drag due to the new rocker, sharper rails and increased water flow keeps the board planning through lulls longer. Overall a much lighter, more efficient board with a more responsive and engaging feel across all conditions.
Construction.
A holistically reimagined construction process, consisting of continuous layers of Biaxial, Uni-Directional, and Plain Weave into our proprietary Carbon Monocoque – connecting mast track and stance to rails and bottom, forming a cohesive whole without patches and fillers – as well as a full S-Glass hull enables us to now craft boards lighter and stronger, identical to our custom boards built on Maui. A tailored Hyper Skin sandwich layout creates the ultimate strength-to-weight ratio. S-glass rail bands provide ideal torsional strength without adding weight or reducing flex where you want it.
Description.
You have seen the team using these compact & light boards from Ho’okipa to Sylt for a few years now, with the back strap almost off the tail, and carrying Marcilio to his fourth World Title from On-Shore to Side-Shore; now all that and more is available.
As soon as we finished the new Custom Quad and Custom Thruster, we jumped directly into the Nitro’s, applying all the same geometry and fluid dynamics. Dozens of prototypes led to all new shapes and a revolutionary compact design with World Cup Winning Performance.
With over two years of evolution, generation 2 of the Nitro Pro is our pinnacle Compact Wave Board. Improved efficiency and volume distribution with reduced friction and increased water flow allowed us to shorten the new Nitro Pro without losing any of the lengthier previous generation’s speed. Through its improved geometry, placing the rider right on the tail allows us to get deeper into the tightest sections of the wave, right where we want to be, but with more speed and turnability under our feet. A word on weight, custom-built US boxes for lightness and compatibility, removed deck sticker for lightness and sustainability.
Nitro Pro 2 and Custom Quad & Thruster are kindred souls. While not fully identical, their shapes are highly related, yet specifically catering to their respective conditions and fin setups. So, if anyone likes one, they will most definitely like the other.
Speed.
The combination of a more efficient rocker, bottom shape, sharper & tapered rails, creates a much faster board. Translating into better balance, earlier planning as well as higher top end speed & control.
Shape.
Fine-tuned to work as a Quad on the three smaller sizes and as a Thruster on the two larger ones without compromise.
Agility.
World Cup compact wave board, quick to plane, turns on a dime. The more compact shape means you can do turns you never thought were possible, and the extra speed sends you into the most radical of moves.

Pads.
Dual Density Pads, redesigned from the ground up, provide better grip and comfort. A new layout and optimized dual-density blend means you have the right support and cushioning where you need it whilst saving weight and minimizing drag. The new patterns are angled in the right direction to give you maximum grip and connection to the board.
Fins.
Drawing inspiration from the well-known “TF series” and our research and development in Surfing fins, we’ve incorporated a few upgrades into this new setup. The carbon composite construction ensures consistent flex and torsion with a quick response, enabling you to achieve top speed, early planning, and excellent maneuverability. The new Tip features a 1mm channel to minimize drag at high speeds and facilitate water flow release, enhancing the ability to make quick changes in direction.

A new profile combined with a more unified twist from bottom to top creates a more efficient and lighter feeling sail giving you more range and control especially in down the line conditions. Main window panel: 6 mil Bi-PLY from Dimension Polyant features two 3 mil layers of PET film. This creates a softer hand, improved flex and reduced creasing. The UV inhibitors in the adhesive significantly increases the life of the product in comparison to traditional monofilm. Upper window panels: 4 mil high quality Monfofilm from Dimension Polyant. Upper color body panels: 1.5 mil Ultra low stretch linear Warp Carbon fiber laminate yarns arrayed to control load lines in the sail combined with super strong Technora aramid X-Ply. Warp Carbon gives incredible linear control of the sail profile while also allowing a dynamic, torsional, bias stretch and return. This makes the sails feel very quiet, weightless and very resistant to being overpowered. Main window panel: 6 mil X-Ply Film features a black Ultra-PE fiber that provides high modulus stretch resistance and high tensile tear strength. The fiber configuration allows for maximum fiber performance while also blending into the background. Black yarns are ultra low reflection, meaning they absorb all the light and move towards vanishing in appearance as you look through the sail, offering the best possible, undistracted view through the window of the sail. The latest Custom 4 Pro from our world champions Marcilio Browne, Maria Morales, Marino Gil and Francisco Goya. The Custom 4 Pro is the ultimate Pro Model custom wave board, as it is not just the shape but the same off-the-shelf board our team chooses to ride and compete on.
The outline on these new quads grew slightly in the nose and tail areas. Compared to the previous generation, the rail profile has been filled on the nose and thinned towards the tail.
The new rockers were adjusted to balance those changes, incorporating a fast surfing rocker that can still fit into the curve of the wave, whilst maintaining the early planing that will accelerate into any ramp or turn.
Bottom shapes seamlessly transition from panel V below the mast foot for added rail to rail and off the top rebounds, to Double Concave between the stance for a faster slippery bottom shape and then fading into a Single Concave in the tail for the ultimate turns.
Rockers, inserts and constructions are customized to each size, suiting the rider and the conditions that the board will be used on, yet the Custom 4 Pro brings you the most rocker in the Goya Windsurfing board range.
The new Goya Windsurfing boards now come packed in recycled cardboard and paper tape only. No plastic bags. Keeping your planet, our planet, one step cleaner. We figured it’s a worthy trade off, as our love for windsurfing and the planet only grows.

Goya Guru X Pro Windsurfing Sail – Blue 4.2 & 4.7
Wave performance and also high wind comfort, confidence and control in any water condition. The vinyl window makes the Guru X Pro unique. It creates a very smooth and comfortable power delivery, as well as the most durable sail in our lineup. Vinyl is practically indestructible and will stay crystal clear for the life of the sail. The new Guru X Pro is the result of 25 years of design evolution and the process and progress continues.
Francisco Goya claims it as his personal favorite, and as of late, Levi Siver has been spending time on the Guru X Pro in the pure wave conditions of Ho’okipa and loving it. Makes sense, because that’s where the design was born and established many years ago. Continuing its development around the world, high winds of The Gorge, and spots like Pozo have helped to tune up the smaller sizes to work as magnificent as the rest of the line. The goal has always been for the 3.2 to feel like the 4.7 and through lots of prototypes and testing in those extreme conditions were we finally able to achieve it. Guru X Pro offers a huge rigging range. With it’s soft power delivery and smooth progressive twist, you can rig this sail very full and still fill comfortably in control. Rigging the sail flatter on the outhaul is possible for a more neutral handling feel in higher wind and maneuver-oriented conditions.
